My siblings and I all have the same initials and I want to do the same thing with my kids. Our first names are short 3-4 letters and start w/ K and our middle names are longer 6-7 letters and start w/ D.
What do you think about the name Kale Donovan for a boy, likes, dislikes, can you think of one better?
The only thing I have for a girl so far is I want her middle name to be Dakota, but the first name still needs to start with a K and be 3-4 letters long. Any good ideas?

I actually named the first two daughters of mine with A names and my name as their middle name- Alexis Irene, Allie Irene. My third and fourth I kept the middle name but gave them different first names.
I do not like Kale, reminds me of the green vegetable.
Kyle Donovan sounds nice.
Kalya Dakota, Kylie Dakota, Kimberly Dakota.

I like the boys name you might also try Koy Donovan. For a girl You could Try Kali Dakota or Kia Dakota.

Kale reminds me of that one full length cartoon... crap. What was is called... The one where the earth is blown up by blue alien ships and the kids name is kale and his dad built a ship that he has to find lost in space, cause it can rebuild a new planet just like earth....
ugh.

welcome to the club, same with my brothers and I (except for the middle name). Kale Donovan is a good name, stick with it. For a girl I recommend Kara.
