how do i save my video from my video camera to a hard disk so i cant post it onto youtube?? each time i plug in my video camera, it doesnt pop up anything?? how do i save it so that when i get to youtube.com, it will say browse and my video will b there?? anyone who can tell me i would reallly really really apppreciate it. thanx =)

Connect it to your computer. Upload it to Windows Movie Maker (VCR Mode(Capture Video From Device). Edit the video. Save movie to My Computer.

i just got a video camera for christmas and i'm still trying to figure that out! sorry! i'm going to wach this question though.

Please post more details. What kind of camera is it (format)? Do you have any firewire (aka iLink, IEEE 1394) ports on your computer? Operating system you're running? Thanks!
