I laughed out loud when I saw this question. The best way to "hurt" him is to show him that you're doing a lot better without him, make him regret leaving you by doing better in life :) I know you'd rather hurt him physically but be smart about it....

uhmmmm...let's see...well, u have to move on even if it takes a while... Reacting this way out of anger just proves to him that he was right in ending things. Be mature, move on with your life, and let what he deserves come to him....ciao
