Robinson would be all over Leonard. Any quickness advantage Leonard would usually have is negated by Robinson's quickness and movement. Robinson by unanimous decision. Leonard was a great boxer but he never fought anyone with all the skills that Robinson had.

Not even close, Ray Robinson would over power Leonard. Leonard would try to run and jab, and Robinson would cut the ring off on him and show who the real Sugar Ray was when Leonard eventually ran into a left hook. Robinson was by far the bigger man, and just as fast, no contest.

As good as Sugar Ray Leonard was there was no way in the world he was even in the same league as Sugar Ray Robinson... Robinson was faster and alot stronger than Leonard... people always questioned it but i dont understand why... Robinson had alot more stamina and energy (there is a difference) than Leonard...

Yes that's a question that a lot of boxing scribes have asked through the ages. I'd go for Robinson but it would be close especially at welterweight. At middleweight it would be a different story. Robinson by decision even though you can't take Leonard for granted.

What about the other Sugar Ray Mosley how would he do, or a fight between the lower weight Rocky's.

Very interesting fight as both men had a lot of speed and had good punching power too. As good as Leonard was, Robinson was a better overall fighter. I believe that many rounds would be close but that Robinson would win about 9 rounds to 6 for Leonard and win by unanimous decision.

Different eras, different weight classes. Robinson was larger and probably more technically sound. Leonard was quicker and flashier. I would take Robinson.
