When I smoked, I found it to be a distraction from driving, but when stuck in traffic, smoking made the driving more enjoyable.

It should especially if your with a young child. Besides smoking in the car could easily make you sick because all your breathing is the smoking air instead of fresh air. if your stuck on traffic, then text on your cell or just hear to music.

well that like saying should we band cars from the road,,, it a person right to do what he want in his own car,as long as he not putting any one in danger like useing a phone,an if he watching what happen around him

smoking what? cigarettes or pot?... cause for one, if i have to give up smoken cigarettes cause someone is offended by SEEING it, even though they don't smell or inhale it, i'm going to be one heck of a crazy woman!
besides, while the left side of my brain is busy working, i'm exercising the right side of my brain.
