Physiological speaking:

To blush is to display a marked redness of one's face; the term is seldom applied except when the redness is construed as a result of embarrassment, shame, or modesty. Blushing is generally distinguished, despite a close physiological relation, from flushing, which is more intensive and extends over more of the body, and seldom has a mental source.

WAYS To Stop Turning RED

When you know you are starting to turn red, concentrate hard on wriggling your toes on both feet for 10-15 seconds. Look at your toes if you need to - initially (After a few episode, you may find yourself that there is no need to!)..Cause blood circulation will goes down to the toe. In fact, your toes turns red but you wouldn't see it cause they are hidden by your shoes! Believe in this and it will work out!

Try it out!

thats natures blusher....why would you want to get rid of that?? is it really that bad? if it is then perhaps some powder over your cheeks would dull the brightness.....

some ppl would kill to have natural blush like you...just think of all those ppl waking up in the morning and using brushes and palettes to put on their cheeks what naturally comes to yours :)

keep smilin!
