Just wondered what UK female sizes you thought of as overweight. Im a size 12 waist and 8 - 10 top half. I used to be an 18 i am 5'7 and wondered what you though was overweight? According to the BMI i am underweight (11 stone 4) but i feel overweight.

You can't classify someone as overweight based on clothes sizes. The only two things that matter are body fat percentage and waist measurement. It doesn't matter how big a woman's bust and hips are as long as she is not carrying too much body fat and has a healthy waist measurement.

So, as long as your waist measurement is not more than 32 inches and your body fat percentage is not more than 30%, you are fine.

I'm 5'5 and a half and I'm about 9 - 10 stone, and I would say 11 stone 4 was probably on the verge of being overweight. I feel that a size 14 in the UK is kind of fat... and anything over size 14 is definitely fat.
