i lied to her, and appologised, but she says she needs some space what do i do now

The fact that you lied to her she is going to need some time to think about whether she wants to be with you or not. If you don't want her to second guess what ya'll have I suggest you try the following:
Okay I'm a female and when a guy lies to me like you did her I want him to not only apologize, but show me he's sorry. Some guys buy me flowers but they die, chocolate, my favorite kind, take me to the movies, or even out to eat. I mean it's not so much as saying you're sorry show it. Actions speak louder than words and saying I'm sorry just don't cut it.

Give her space
she may need some time to think. Just let her know that you love her still and give some room.
