Ok so lately I've liked this girl. I was playing around with her. As in I was tickling her she was laughing. Then she wasn't happy. Her best friend told me she felt like crying because she said I accidently touched her breast. I honestly didn't think I did it. I really think I didn't almost 100% sure I didn't but shes the one who felt it. Now as I predicted she is avoiding me. She gave me a chance to like her. She had a slight feeling for me then it all ends like this. Can anyone help me or give me an advice? I want her to give me a second chance but how do I earn it?

I think the best thing you can do in this situation is confront her, and tell her that you are sorry, and you didn't mean to disrespect her in any way. Tell her if she wants to hang out some time again you promise not to tickle her....but you couldn't help it because her giggle is just way too cute. (girls like to be complimented!)

You need to like seriously apologize to her and be sincere about it. Tell her you wasn't aware that you had touched her right there and you're truly and deeply sorry. Say that you werre only trying to make her laugh because you really like her and you would really apreciate it if you could have another chance. shes a drama queen and a gossip. if she liked you tickling her, the swoop across the breast would be better handled by telling you so, not blabbing to her friends that she felt like crying. crying for what? are you 32 and shes 13? i would stop worrying about what she thinks about you, i would work on damage control. shes telling people youre a perv. most other girls will listen. say something to her straight up, you should be a little angry about this, not begging for her attention.
