Do numbers that are not identified by Caller Idea show up on the phone records?

no, numbers that do come thru on caller id dont show up on any records either (at least not on your phone record) records are only kept for outgoing calls. if you are reciving harassing calls you can advise the phone company and they will put a pen register on your line, which will record all incomming calls made to you, but you can not recieve this list, it is for law enforcement purposes.

I have a call-log from my provider (VoIP) and I can see who called....I go online....and ppl who don't wanna give me there correct number..( phishing number) cant get thru at all....
