U need to go to the passport office rather than sit in front of ur computer and ask questions. Go on right now.

Fill form, attach passport and proof of present residence, arrange Verification Certificate, Standard Affidavit, Letter etc.
Meet PRO in office of RPO.

Go to the office near you and run a copy of the work permit so they know you need to go to UK before the certain date.

take police commissioner no objection letter and sponcer letter from abroad.than you can apply passport urgently.
