I felt that way for months after breaking up once. I still had feeling for her and even though it was over, my heart was still loyal to her. If you are completely loyal to someone for that long, you don't just stop feeling that way overnight.
You shouldn't go out and find someone to replace her, hoping that this other person makes you feel better. In the end though, it may be someone else that makes everything better. Don't rush anything. Everything works out in the end but at the time it seems like it never will.

Yes that is completely normal! When my boyfriend & I broke up I didn't want to have anything to do with another guy, I wasnt ready at all, and when I would go out when guys would hit on me, I felt so uncomfortable, i think partly b/c i felt like i was still with my ex because is was so fresh and also b/c i still did love him, so even though we werent together then, i really didnt want anyone, as much as i wanted to try my hardest to get over him, im really glad nothing did happen though b/c we ended up getting back together -- but i know exactly what you mean & its completely normal, its just your hearts way of telling you maybe your not ready to be completely over it just yet, it was only a week ago - give it some time! in the mean time just hang out w/the guys & get your mind off things -- good luck! =)

Well it's probably going to take a long time to get over it and you're probably just not used to talking to girls like that b/c of your 2 year relationship, it's very normal and you should be over it soon enough, if you're not then maybe you still have strong feelings for her.

Yeah, if you are a girl! JK. This is very common. In many cases people break up and still feel the love or affection towards there ex but realize they do not belong together. You ultimately don't want to hurt her. That is very respectable and girls will dig that in you.

it type of feels that you've unfinished buisness with your ex, regardless of it really is you want to set issues immediately for the sake of your with your bf if its no longer some thing occurring then there shouldint be a difficulty. I tell my boyfriend each thing and also you need to be open with yours aswell. i comprehend the way you sense about desirous to socialize, I did an similar element with my ex I left the gang and prevent talking to my acquaintances for 5 years you should inform your him that and be open with him. As for you on your boyfriend you want to modify him and to relax about being jelous of you going out with acquaintances its no longer favourite to save you in like that, get up for your self for what's proper for you. wish each thing seems for the acceptable :)

Yes, I think it is normal. You are still grieving the loss of that relationship. It's a normal grieving process. It will pass.

I think it's normal. You still have emotional connections leftover from the relationship, and it might feel unnatural, as if you were cheating.

It'll go away eventually.
