I eat plenty of bannanas and take a multi vitamin and walk daily,but this is of no help.the pain is awfull, any suggestions?

It can be a Magnesium & Calcium deficiency.
You can buy a supplement that has both.

Could be due to lack of salt, or the muscle needs a gentle stretching

ive been getting a lot of cramps lately and i think its becuase of a deficiency in something in me i think its coz i dont eat anything that has calcium.... or something like that
