I love fried rice from uk take aways it is better than authentic fried rice from china or hong kong, I live in Bangkok now and the fried rice is good but not as good . Thanks to everyone who helps out I really appreciate your effort

you need Asian soy sauce, fish sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, bruised ginger (sometimes), oyster sauce, onion, and MSG (well omit it if you dont like it)

those are the basic ingredients they ALWAYS use
