you would have to have a brick oven for one thing.the flavor depends so much on the wood fire thet cooks it.sorry.

really good cheese, and NYC water. Seriously pizza is all about the water you use to make the dough. NY style pizza just doesn't taste right, even when made by the same chefs somewhere else. I live in Philly, and its just not the same.
