If humans are separated from other animals because we can reason...and God created us...then why shouldn't we use our ability to reason...why do so many say that, "God is almighty and powerful, do not question his powers."...is it God's plan to create us with the ability to reason and then NOT use it?? seems like a cruel joke to me

I don't question god. There is no god to question.

I question MAN.

MAN claims a god is real.... ok, I question that.

PROVE IT.

Until you show evidence, I'm not convinced.

I say your god is just as fake as all those 'other gods' invented by people, that you also reject.

Read the bible sir you will find many times God is questioned I will give you verses
Genesis chapter 18
exodus 4:10-17
besides biblical examples we can pray as we choose can we not
it is possible to plead with God and he will do as you wish if you make a good case he wants a relationship with you He has no intentions of making our lifes out to be a cruel joke.

Look reasoning and questioning directly as if interrogating isnt the same.

Plus, when you reason you act on observation alone, not on conclusion.

The kind of "questioning" youre speaking about acts on conclusions alone.

Why dont you make it easier on yourself and stop trying to question something you cant see or speak to or hear?

There are no answers to such things.

And as the wise Alexander Pope said:
"the duty of man is the study of man"

I question God. He revealed himself in little bits throughout history. Studies of many kinds including science and history can help us refine our view of God. Over time we develop a clearer picture

I question God occasionally due to personal events and philosophy too. Doubt and questioning are not exclusive of seeking and believing.

Mankind has tried to reason with God but they go with their own judgment and against Gods rule and fail.

Example: Your on your rooftop and you try to reason with God that gravity does not apply to you and you jump and you splatter yourself all over the ground. Are you going to question God for placing the laws of gravity??

God placed rules we should follow for our own good...its not something we should question but to simply follow.

We have mistaken our thinking brain for ourselves. We are so much more than we think we are and in fact it is our insane habit of living in our heads that takes us away from the Great Spirit. Its when we stop thinking and stop searching for our higher power that we will find our God.

Of course we don't question God. We question other humans about God.

Questioning God is like asking if we question videogames... They don't answer back so you may as well ask their creators.

when God created man he gave us a free-will choice to choose everlasting life or eternal death. for to be carnal minded is death, but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.
