Rajnesh and the transidental Meditation is an out dated fashion in India. Ignorent foreigners looking for 'peace' n meditatiom (read free sex) are still fooled by OSHO both in India and mainly the US.

Indians are wiser?May be they have more choices and availability.Foreigners culture probably draws them more to Osho.
