I am facing much problem to search karaoke versions for many songs on the net as well as in the market, so i decided make them myself through pc. Can you plsssssss suggest me a software to fulfil my purpose>>>>>>>>>?

There is no such software.
In order to convert an MP3 into a karaoke format, the computer must have very sohpisticated voice recognition that could seperate the words in the song from the music, and then understand the words well enough to put them in a text file. The technology to do that simply doesn't exist in the commercial world. The voice recognition that we do have requires a very quiet environment with no background noise, and even then it makes lots of mistakes.
I mean hell, depending on the song we humans can't even always tell what in the world they're saying. We can't expect a computer to do any better.
