I just would love to know why this extreme fascination with breasts?

It's genetic. Part of the aspects that trigger desire. Women have very different triggers, usually not very visually oriented, so it won't make sense to you. Why women tend to be turned on more (and it's more complex than this, but we'll try to keep it simple) by successful men doesn't make sense to me, but it does happen a lot. Since I'm not a woman, it will never make sense in terms of understanding how they feel, just as visual signals that turn on a guy won't make sense to you.
Personally, breasts are nice, but for me, a really nice butt will hold my attention each and every time.

Most men like real....not to small but enough to hold on to...and the fixaction they have with cleavage is because it makes them think of sex....any guy when he thinks of sex is turned on....so when he sees a girls boobs popping out he starts to get a little hard

cause they are soft and very suckable,,, like a baby bottle's nipple
real, cause fake is good to look at fully clothed, but nasty when the clothes come off.... if you shake them you can actually hear the saline water in them...... plus you will see defomend nipples from the scar, and sometimes, the scar is under the breast, which is ugly too...
medium is good, big is better,,,, small,,, I'll take them too!

real, not too large, but enough to hold on to. and the fascination is just natural hormones.

Yep, pretty much a hormonal issue, they can't help but love them ^_~. something relating to testosterone and stuff....you'd have to look that up
