i will have about $4,200 soon and i really want to buy a honda civic. preferably the year 2000 and up. does this this sound obtainable for the price?? where should i go to get a good deal?? i need all the help i can get plz. thanks in advance!!

You wont find a clear title 2000 and up civic for 4,200. You might find a salvage title civic for that much and even then maybe not. Your probably looking at a 1996-1999. Depends on mileage and condition.

Even High mileage civics go for a good chunk of change.

Theyre very popular cars and warrant a higher price.

Probably not. I spent 3 months looking for one for my daughter. We ended up with a 1995 for 3995 with 85000 miles

2000 and up were going in the 5000 + range. be patient and keep looking till you find the right one.

look online
look local papers
look via dealerships with used car lot
take car to your mechanic to check out before buying

what's wrong? bald tires, cracked hoses n belts, rust, funny sounds, muffler, all fluids need changing, worn brake pads, transmission chunk sounds or is it smooth, etc....talk price down with this
