When you say "I love you" - you say it in a romantic setting. You say it because you mean it. The feeling is mutual and you know it long before you even say it. Do not blurt it out like calling out "Hey". It could be a shocking experience. That is crude.
It is a tender, sensitive time to let the other person know how you feel.
Don't yell out these words when you are sitting in the toilet in a camp site. It is just as rediculous as that. LoL -
