I have a few suggestions.
First, a classic, the white lady with milk. This is a delicious drink, based on gin, cointreau (or Triple Sec) and milk. A nicely balanced drink between a dry and sweet flavour, with a touch of fruit and a good body and texture:

Next, a french connection. This is an amazing drink based on brandy and amaretto. Very flavoured and easy to prepare. I love this drink while playing cards or while having a nice intimate conversation with my best friends.

Then there is the blue hawaiian. This is probably the best drink out there!. Very refreshing, sweet, tasty and a pleasure to the eyes. What else do you want?

There is also a favourite for all, the frozen daiquiri. This drink is the most refreshing drink you can have. It's perfect for those too warm days or nights.

If you want to enjoy the best wine based drink, then you should try a Sangria. This is a great drink. Ideal for groups. Based on wine, cointreau, brandy and fruits; this drink is one of the best ways to have a good time!.

This is a very dangerous drink, but is so good that it doesn't matter. The pisquiri. This is one of my personal favorites, based on Pisco. Just amazing!

Finally, if you can find a place that prepares this drink, you will be lucky. The Machu Picchu. This drink tastes just as good as it looks. One of the most good looking drinks. From Perú with love!.

I've prepared all these drinks by myself and taken the picture. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do.
Good luck!!

The only two drinks I could think to tell them to order were Fuzzy Navel and Pina Coloda.
Fuzzy Navel
equal part OJ and Peach Schnapps
Combine and pour over ice.
Pina Coloda
1 can crushed pineapple
1 can cream of coconut (NOT coconut milk)
3 cups of ice
rum (as much or little as you like; I use 3 shots)
Add ice to blender first, the rum, then cream of coconut, then pineapple. If you have a large blender, the whole can of pineapple will fit. Blend until smooth. Serve is pretty glass with an umbrella and a big straw!!! Yum!!!

Long Island Ice Tea or Sex On The Beach. But make sure they are a good bartender some make a Sex On The Beach and add too much orange juice, ask them to put some Grenadine in it too. If you have a Wet Willy's around go there and get a drink called Call A Cab a large one.

Here's a good idea, one that I use very frequently. Ask the bartender what his/her favorite drink is? Or what is your favorite drink to make? These questions work well because a bartender is not going to screw up a drink they like. Makes sense huh? Plus, you'll get the privilege of trying new drinks. Last week I had a "Drunk Driver", the bartenders personal concoction. Was pretty darn good. Cheers.

My personal favourite is the bourbon sour:
Squeeze one shots worth of fresh lemon juice into a glass (rocks), add 3/4 sirope de gomme (sugar syrup), give it a stir then fill glass to just below the rim with crushed ice.
then pour two 25ml shots of makers mark bourbon in stir one again and top with more crushed ice.
This is the best drink ever you can also swap the bourbon for amaretto and u get an amaretto sours. Ladies seem to love another alternative which is the midori sours where you substitute the bourbon for midori mellon flavoured liquer
Another favourite of mine is the classic cairprinhia:
squeeze five lime wedges and drop into glass (rocks), add sugar syrup 3/4 of a shot and muddle them together, fill with crushed ice and pour two measures (50ml) of cachaca, preferably pitu. this is a good summer drink.
