Alcohol affects the liver much more than the kidneys. And even then, how much the kidneys or liver would be affected would depend on the genetic of the person and the alcohol content of the wine. A bottle a day would affect some people's organs a great deal, shortening their life by years or decades, while other people's organs would not be affected at all and they would live as long as anyone else.

Drinking to excess will affect the liver much more than the kidneys. The kidneys will not become directly affected until the liver is in a very bad way

If that's the case, I guess it depends on how strong your kidneys are. But generally, the kidneys will last for as long as you live for as long as you live a healthy lifestyle! So if you want your kidneys to last long and do its work properly, live healthy!

Its your liver that will mess up first!! 6% wine one bottle a day will be OK but try and have two days a week without it!!
