when i come in a warm building from being outside in the cold, sometimes my feet and hands swell. sometimes it even happens in the summer, if its too hot outside my feet will swell. i thought i had high blood pressure but i don't. help!!

Could be an allergic reaction, and or gout, of which is often caused by the consumption of crustaceans such as shrimp, crab, and lobster... or perhaps you need to exercise a bit more...

Sounds like you're a wee bit plump and worry too much. You could be diabetic. Cold shrinks tissue; heat allows it to expand. I'm thinking this is likely normal unless you are talking about major swelling.

its the rapid change in temperature... this happens to me in the winter if i wear too thick gloves my hands swell up and i have to take them off and put them in the snow... they are being heated and confined in a space... this caused pressure and will swell the body part... try loose sandals or something as opposed to tight sneakers.
