The girl you love does know. Trust me. It is not difficult to figure out that you like her and you want to get a deeper friendship with her.
There are many reasons, family or personal reasons, as to why she does not respond. When you get a chance, talk to her when she is alone. This is the only way. Your hints are already taken. Now it is your move to take it to the next level.
It is not so difficult. Words won't get in the way.

That was officially confusing. If you having a date is going to hurt someone, is it that important that you have a date? If you don't like the girl who loves you, then tell her. She has a right to know so that she doesn't waste her time pining over someone who doesn't like her. Tell the one that you do like that you do, and she can decide if she's interested.

Yeah, you can't leave a girl hanging by just letting her pine for you. Plus, maybe the other girl see this and thinks you're interested in her and all. You have to confront them and tell the one who likes you, you're not interested but you want to still be friends and the other that you want to be more than just friends.

i think u should go with ur heart and make ur self happy. speak with the girl u are interested in and see if she likes u. also tell the other girl that u just see her as a friend if that is the case. dont put ur heart on hold because then it will be too late

Do nothing. Sit on your hands for as long as it takes because one of them sooner or later will move on to someone that they can have a relationship with. Or, eventually one will become clearer to you that she is the one.
