Sesame oil massaged into the scalp once a week is an excellent way to nourish the scalp and restore the natural balance and luster of hairtropical countries like India, hair loses its vibrancy and fullness very easily. To prevent this from happening, rub coconut oil or sesame oil into the hair, leave it on for an hour, and then wash it with a paste made from methi seeds and gram powder. It leaves the hair clean and glowing

This sounds like a serious problem. I think this may be due to stress as stress can cause hair loss. If you use hair straighteners, using it too often can also weaken your hair. I believe you should see the doctor about this though.

shinier and not falling out.

Are you stressing over anything?.....I used to have that problem when I was unhappy and worrying about things....what really helped was excercise, lots of fruits and green vegetables, water....and use a hot oil treatment once a week and let it set for maybe and hour or so.....that should help alot.

I t could be your shampoo try shanging to a different one. If that does not help then you can take vitamins for it. They are about $20 a bottle.
