I keep hearing about all of these celebrities and either how skinny they are and I am now getting a warped vision of what most people look like. I run 5-6X a week and eat healthy and I DO NOT lose weight - I am guessing this is where my body wants to be?? What are your thoughts on hegiht/weight and body image? Am I normal?

I think you need to realize that 130-133 is the weight you're supposed to be. Your body is comfortable at that weight. Pardon me, but s***w all the anorexic actresses and all the other mental deficients. Celebrate yourself and the unique person that you are. There is nothing wrong with you or your weight. And you are not overweight by any stretch of the imagination....

you are at a healthy weight for your height. believe me i am 6 foot 1 and weight 220 lbs and I cant seem to drop any lbs either. I have a very muscular build and run or play racquetball 4 times a week. Sometimes, like u said, ur body is happy with where it is at and it takes a lot, almost starving urself (unhealthy ways), to lose weight. also keep in mind when u run and lift (if u do lift) u are burning calories but u are also building muscle, which weights more than fat...so that is also why u may not be seeingg any weight decline. keep up with what ur doing! good luck

Eat a healthy diet, exercise and see your doctor for regular check-ups. Ignore the celebrities, they are ridiculously thin. Just be you and be happy with it. From your height and weight you sound a bit thin, but as long as you are taking care of yourself you should be fine. Overall health is much more important than physical appearance.

My son became off the top and weight charts from around the single month mark on. immediately, he's 38 months, 40 pounds and 40.5 inches tall - pertaining to to the size of a few 5 y.o. infants! i do no longer bear in mind his weight at 18 months, yet he became in a 2T by employing then, too. in case you define conventional as "common," then no, we don't have conventional infants. we've tall, huge infants who will probable pass directly to be tall, huge adults. yet once you define conventional as "wholesome and fully large," then yup. our infants are conventional as may be. As for weight, my son's top has persevered to shoot up at the same time as he's lost the toddler weight. incredibly, he's in simple terms approximately muscular now - he lost his pudgy toddler abdomen over the iciness. yet then, he's loopy lively - his first notice became "ball" and he's yet to fulfill something he would not desire to kick, throw, climb, run over or topple. It sounds like an analogous ingredient is going on on your kiddo - his face nonetheless sounds like somewhat one face, yet his physique is earlier than schedule. Odds are he will decelerate somewhat, and there is truly no longer something to rigidity approximately. it is likewise properly worth noting that my kiddo - who ate voraciously and without hesitation for the 1st 2 years of his existence - has develop into something of a picky eater in his third year. My record says it truly is common, and that they do exactly no longer desire as a lot food as they did some months past. I actual have a worrywort MiL, too. I nod and smile and promise to show issues to the wellbeing care provider a lot - and then do as I please. :)

Assuming you are a woman, that is a perfectly normal weight. If you are a guy, you probably weigh 20 pounds less than you should.
