Sweetner meaning "sugar replacement".

Try to avoid anything that contains aspartame, which is most of them.

The only one recommended is Splenda which is derived from real sugar. Even though some people tend to be sceptical over everything, Splenda is really the one who tastes like sugar.

Aspartame should be avoided for numerous reasons. Per example, they say that it increases your appetite, while there is no proof of this they say it can cause cancer.

Remember, if you do everything in moderation, aspartame whould not be bad for you (if you have it less then 3 times a week).

Sugar or honey. The less manipulation by humans is the best for your body and humans have used these sweetners for years. They don't cause cancer. Keep an eye on it and use them in moderation and life will be sweet.
