PE is stronger as they use it for plastic bottles and stuff, but it is also more brittle.

That is why PS is used for packing components as it is more spongey - like computers and TV's.

They'd still use Popcorn for packing stuff if Health & Safety hadn't got involved......

depends on the PE, the UHDPE is much stronger. but PS resist much better to temperature.
