What can you achieve from doing 50 press-ups every day, 50 sit-ups every day and jogging on the spot for 45 minutes every day? When will you start to see a change?

I think that you will see a change in just a week or 2. Your arms & your tummy will be stronger and the cardio by running in place will help your stamina.
