My advice is to have a friend who has done it before, do it for you and show you how to do it along the way. Offer a few beers to who ever does it for you. DO NOT attempt to do it yourself without supervision.

Don't make the same mistake as I have done twice when I was upset. I cut it, and then run to the hairdresser for emergency. But whatever she did, I had to wait 1 year to grow....

Go to someone profession.... think this way, each time your hair is growing, it is the moments where you are going older. When it was shorter, you were younger, as it grows, in your hair there is the story of your history, your happiness, sadness, anger, frustration, excitement.

Think before you do the same mistake as i did once... now i won't cut it, and my seasors have been disappeared from me...

You will need two mirrors and a pair of sicors. Then get drunk, pray and cut your hair. Then get somebody else to sort out the mess when you are sober.
Or got to the nearest colledge with a cosmetology dept and they will cut it for you. Probably for free seeing as your a student.

Get a mirror and put it behind your head whilst you look into the mirror infront of you.(thats so you can see the back of your head)
Grab small chunk of brushed hair between first 2 fingers & pull your hair away from you until to are at the length you want to keep, then cut.
Repeat this all over,
Dont forget to wet your hair too. its so much easier to cut & separate so you know whats cut & whats not

Try to get someone else to cut it for you. I know a girl that cuts my hair for free because she just likes to do it every once in awhile. It's not the best cut you'll ever see but it is the cheapest.

the only thing that works is practice.

Very short, by using the "flow-bee" or the cheap home barber kit's snap-on guides is easy.

Long hair is difficult at best to cut yourself. If you have a roommate who also wants to save on haircuts... learn to cut each other's.

Go to the cosmetology dept at your nearest community college. They give haircuts real cheap from their students who are studying to become cosmetologists. It may be from a student, but it will still look better than what you could do yourself!!

find someone who has a set of clippers and do a number3- 4 all over.
Maybe you should invest in some of your own they are relativly cheap, ive seen them for $19.95 Aus and will pay for themselves in a couple of haircuts.

Shave ur hair off, its quick and easy, if u wanna leave at least a lil hair so ur head can stay warm then dont shave all ur hair off.
