I believe the main reason why people could lose their temper easily is because they have many troubles which they keep to themselves and when they end up filling their brain, their brain will lose control. Hence, the best way is to talk to someone you can trust about your troubles. If there's noone you can trust, talk to something you like i.e. your favourite toy or write it out in a diary. Sometimes, listening to calm instrumental music can also help. Hope this helps.

Well, Ace, for starters, you could take therapeutic typing lessons. Good grief, that was like reading Chinese finger painting. Beyond that, you could take an anger management class or soul search to figure out why you're so selfish that you get angry about every little thing. Did you ever consider that you may have control issues? Or lack of respect for authority? Or a lack of respect for other people? Get to the root of what makes you angry and then evaluate why it makes you angry. I suspect you'll discover that you're very self-centered.

Keep an eye on yourself. If you can catch it at any point, just let it go, step aside and let it pass, then move out of patience. 1000 times a day if necessary. Practice and more practice and it will be easier and become 2nd nature for you

The world is full of stress, push and pull from everyone. You don't need to get angry to deal with things. When you realize this, that there is another way, you'll be free and on your way

My husband has temper problems also. It can be difficult to live with. As he's gotten older it has calmed, but if you think you need it try therapy. There's no shame in it. And the people around you will thank you. You're life will be so much better when you aren't so angry. Best of luck to you.
