Boys age at a different rate than girls. What I mean is that they may be a little strange for a while but it is more of a human to human thing. Your experiances will change as you get older. Eventually you will see that maybe the boy you like is not the right one for you. If they dont like you for who you are then they are not right for you. You will find on eventually that will respect you, have the same interests as you and treat you as an equal. For now forget the boys and continue your studies there is plenty of time for love later when the boys and you are in the right place in life

Testosterone and MOA.
Poor boys at about 13 their male hormone goes wild, they have dreams, hair grows, skin changes(pimples etc) and best/worst of all their penis/testes change. Their peers lie and tell them that size matters. Each boy worries about this for 200% of each day. No time for real thought.
MOA, a recently discovered body chemical. It helps humans calulate the risk involved in any task. Pregnant women have masses of it, and can estimate risk very well. Women have more of it than men so do not take stupid risks. Some men have more of it than others. Teenage boys have virtually none of it so take risks, do irritating things etc.
Date a nineteen year old boy as there is hope.
As soon as that testerone thing settles down the MOA returns and we get lovely mature men to date and talk to Hurray.

Its because boys are confused by the stark beauty of girls.
our primal urge is to knock you over the head and drag you by your hair to our cave where we would defend you against all comers.......but since society Say's that's not PC........We are retarded...we say & do things that are contrary to our feelings.
