You need to start with the depression. I suffer from depression and anxiety as well. How to deal with it though is very individualistic.Until you do though everything seems too much.

what helped me was to make a list of what is bothering me then seeing which one was the easiest to do. shortest time - greatest reward. of the list you made above I would say is organization. i know this may not seem the easiest with 5 children running around undoing what you do. Give them each their own area see who can get theirs done quickest. even wild kids like competition. The winner could get to pick TV show, dinner, or get time alone with mom or dad.

Call Nanny 911!

Basically though you have to start somewhere. You cant just mope around and not do anything to improve your situation, and then keep focusing on the negative and complaining about it.

There are plenty of places out there that can help you out. Stress hot lines, food pantry's, therapists... Its all up to you to take the first step though!

Most forms of depression result as individuals suppress anger, thus you must force yourself to exercise, walk, and talk to people regarding the things that upset you the most, and don't go on any fad diets, just begin by reducing your intake of carbs and fats, and add a complex daily multi vitamin/mineral regimen to your diet...
