Robocop all the way - Jurassic Park teaches us the T-Rex's vision is based on movement. Murphey, being a cyborg, can stay perfectly still, rendering him invisible. Coupled with the fact he's mostly metal so the T-rex won't want to eat him, and the small matter of that Auto-9 handgun he's packin, and it's dinosaur steaks all round.

Since this is a Boxing category, I would have to say T-Rex. Not that he had any boxing skills, but once the cop took out his big gun and shot the lizard, he would be disqualified. Of course it would be a bittersweet victory for good ol' T-bone, as he would be very dead.
