I will take a drink of water and get up to pee 3 times from it. It is a normal flow of urine, and it doesn't hurt or burn. It's really bad if I drink beer. I can drink one beer and pee 5-6 times. WHY?

Alcohol is a diuretic, that's all there is to it.

Are you measuring the volume of liquids you take in versus the volume you excrete out? Just because you urinate 5 times from one beer does not mean you are excreting more than you are drinking.
Alcohol (and caffeine) are diuretics and tend to draw fluids from the body. Drink one glass of water for every beer consumed to prevent dehydration, but, yes, you will have to pee even more.

As your kidneys filter waste from your body there are receptors that tell your body to recycle some of the water. Alcohol turns off those receptors and therefore the water just flushes out. The effect of alcohol lasts well after consumption. That's why it is so hard to rehydrate after drinking.
