I would depend on what area you are in, I would check your local white pages or see if there is a bridal show happening in your town in the near future where you can get a wealth of information. Good luck and congrats.

Sorry I don't know where you can actually hire white banqueting chairs but at present all the chair covers are the 'in' thing and many are really beautiful. This means you could have normal type chairs and they are completely covered in white or the colour of your choice and usually with lovely bows or ties draping at the back Again same as colour as chair or colour perhaps of your bridesmaids.. I live in Scotland and costs for the covers seem to be from £6 per chair, the most expensive I found £11 per chair. There are lots of firms doing these and most hotels have their own to hire. Also at big Wedding Fayres I have attended recently there have been companies there you can order from. Don't know how helpful this has been but thought it worth telling you. All the best.

I'm not sure where you are located, around here, we go to Redi Rental.
http://www.redirental.com/
They are $1.85-$3.75 each, depending on which style you choose.
You can do a search online under the white pages section for chair rentals.
Good luck.

check with any florist or wedding planning service, they generally got a network list of people that they usually work with, they might know, or at least point you in the right direction
