Tramadol Hydrochloride is a synthetic opioid analgesic. It is usually used for shorter durations to treat acute pain, as it can become addictive. Entoricoxib is a cox-2 inhibitor, and is generally used to treat chronic pain, such as arthritis.

tramadol belongs opioid group of pain killers & paracatemol is also painkiller but prdominatly it is fever reduser. This newer group etarocoxib has pain killing capacity. Tremadol is stronger pain killer but not good antinflamatory agent eterocoxib is good antiinflamatory agent so when choice has to made between use doctor has decide the cause for pain we prepare tredol in noninflamatory pains & eterocoxib for inflamatory pains
Wise to consult your doctor before you use
