1. Are you always at work on time at the start of your shift?
2. Do you dress appropriately for work?
3. Is your work done timely and accurately?
4. Do you get along with people at work?

If the answer is yes to all of those questions, you're probably doing pretty good!

Try to think of it as someone elses work...then if it's not of a high enough standard, give yourself a good talking to...

Look at your work as though you were a third party assessing it. Ask people whose opinions you trust what they think of it.
