i don't think you are eating too much fruit but instead of eating 10 oranges in 2 days u can try to eat them in a week or so. Since you eat other stuff also like steak etc. the fruits will only help you by providing your body with the necessary fibre.

mm its never bad to eat fruit. but a too much of something is always bad for the long run. oranges in the future can cause you to have alot of gas. i use to eat a box in like a week and now i burp every 2 minutes. so i stopped. just 1 a day is good. eat other fruits to.

Good heavens, no, you can never eat enough fresh fruit! Vitamin C is water soluble, so what your body doesn't need gets flushed out in your urine.
Eating a lot of meat and fish could do more harm. Meat because it contains a lot of animal fats and causes cholesterol and certain types of cancer, and fish because the mercury levels in fish is high, which makes it more toxic.
But fruit contains all the wonderful vitamins and minerals we need in the exact forms and amounts that are necessary to keep us healthy. We need at least 8 portions of fruit and vegetables every day.

Fruits are great but your "orange binges" are too much. Meaning too much sugar. Although it's all natural it still spikes up blood sugar levels. I guess with that said it's better to be eating fruits that have fibre then eating other sweet alternatives.

too much of any food is bad for you! Its good that you like fruit but in oranges especially the acid and fruit sugars can be just bad on your teeth! Maybe cut down a bit and get a good balance of all the food groups!

Well you should have a balanced diet but it's hard to eat too much fruit since it's so rich in vitamins and contains so much water. I can't imagine any doctor telling you that you're eating too much fruit. It's healthy and better than most other food choices out there today.

Too much of anything is bad for you.
Too many oranges can give you vitamin C poisoning, are bad for diabetics because of sugar content, I could go on.
Everything in moderation is the only way to eat sensibly
