No, Sunday prayers are not needed. Church services are not needed. Jesus himself said so. Look in Matthew chapter 6, verses 1 through 6. He tells us to pray in secret, alone, and God will hear and answer us, not to pray like the hypocrites who gather in the synagogues.

Prayer is a must for Christians, but not just on Sunday. It should be everyday, all day. There is no special time that you have to pray. Jesus even said to pray alone when He was giving examples of prayer. Sunday is the day to gather together in fellowship and worship of God. Some churches, like the one I'm going to now, gather on Wednesdays and Saturdays also.

May God Bless you.

Sunday prayers aren't a must, but if you are to stand strong in the Word, the book of Hebrews (I believe chapter 10) states that you should attend church. It doesn't say Sunday. Monday, Wednesday, or Saturday is just as good.

Well i would say a prerequisite of being a Christian is prayer. I'd say a prerequisite of being good at any religion is prayer.

As for the day - I'm sure God will listen to you any day of the week. But the sabbath day was God's day of rest for all mankind, that is why on that day of rest we praise Him. Christians changed theri sabbath day to Sunday because Jesus rose on this day, Jews kpet Sabbath as a Saturday, Muslims chose Friday arbitrarily - it has no special significance for them, they just wanted to define themselves in light fo the Jewish and Christian strong religions

devil is the epitome of delight. delight is what extra approximately his fall from Heaven. He began thinking too quite of himself ~ even going so some distance as to have confidence that he may be the single to take a seat on God's throne. the end results of his sin has spilled over onto the human race, and as a result each and every persons has our very own delight matters to handle. we don't % to renowned or be accountable to God, and we convince ourselves that we are people who're calling each and every of the photographs in our lives. delight in a nutshell is; not giving God his suited place. you will not triumph over it throughout your existence right here on earth. the only element you're able to do is to admit it to God ~ and that i disagree with that preacher. you do not could respond to an regulate call with a view to grow to be a Christian. it quite is not something better than manipulation. did you already know that regulate calls at the instant are not even Biblical? they're a favorite-day invention.

Absolutely not! You can be a good "Christian" without attending mass. Do you think Jesus can only hear you in church? If so then that theory would mean what you do IN CHURCH only matters, You can molest that child as long as it's not in the church, you can kill that innocent man as long as it's not in church. Not true right? So then that means you don't have to be in church to show God you love and honor him. Church is nothing but a way for them to make money. If you love God and believe in your faith it doesn't matter what, where or how you practice.

We have Sunday Worship.... but we pray on every day of the week... it isnt just doing lip service on one day of the week... it is having an ongoing relationship with the Lord, all day... every day... not some weekly club where you can proudly say.... "ahem, notice me, i have attended the required meeting of believers"...

Jesus Himself preferred people of faith rather than people of religion... the religious became rules oriented instead of faith focused

I have tried my best to dis-own God because of all the TERRIBLE spiritual warfare that I have gone through. I even tried to blaspheme the holy spirit. So far , nothing has worked and he still LOVES ME. I have tried and been unsuccessful on figuring out why he STILL REFUSES TO CUT ME OFF. My PRIDE is just that he loves me and I don't know why.
