In wheel electric motors as seen on Mitsubishi MIEV and Mini Cooper QED Concept. I just don't understand how in wheel electric motors work.

They are electric motor inside a cars wheel (each wheel) but I donno How they can directly turn the wheel.

There are 4 individual electric motors, one in each wheel. They are located where the brake hubs typically are. The motor body of each one is attached to the vehicle suspension and the wheel is attached to the armature that spins. The motors also are used as brakes. Electromagnetic resistance stops the wheels from spinning also creating electricity which is stored in batteries, just like a generator creates electricity. Hope this answers your question.
