I'm not exactly sure where warts come from (a virus maybe?). Anyway, I had one pop up on my FACE right below my left eye. It was so ugly and huge. I applied Tea Tree Oil to it every night at bedtime for two weeks and the wart dropped off and never came back. My young daughter had 3 big painful plantar warts on the bottom of her foot and I treated them with tea tree oil for about 2 months and they just peeled right off and never came back. A bottle of tea tree oil costs about $7 and you can buy it at any health food or vitamin store. You can also get the lotion or cream. I suggest just getting the oil. Tea Tree Oil is a great antiseptic and can cure athlete's foot too --- and a number of conditions. It is very safe, but it is stinky. We always have a bottle of it in the house.

Warts can be caused by you body system being low or you can pick them up by touching other warts. Go to the doctor and check it is a wart as sometimes it can be a cyst of some form , harmless though, if it is a wart : bazuka gel works wonders, and stops them from spreading or getting worse

If i was to go up to you, hold your hand or something and touch the wart, theres a very good chance i WONT get the wart. Some viruses and pass them on, but its doubtful you would get them. Either go to the doctors and get them burnt off, or buy some of that solution that you can use to freeze them.

I had them when I was younger and have never had them since. You can have them frozen off at the doc's, but apparently quite painful, or get some treatment from the chemist. although, this may take a few weeks whereas the freezing will do it in one. Either way, get it sorted soon as they can spread if you touch others. I got mine because my best friend had them and we used to hold hands (I was too young to realise I could catch them!) Don't be embarrassed, lots of people get them. Its not because you are dirty or anything! x

You can go to your local drug store, pharmacy, or Walmart type of store and buy a Wart Freezing agent, it is pain less and easy enough my 12 year old did herself. It takes a week or so, and you may have to do it twice but it should fall off

My son had several warts on his fingers and had them frozen off. It was a bit uncomfortable but he has not had a reoccurance. No visible scars
