Hello.
U just dont delete the program.
U should Uninstall the program from start----Program.
Or Open Add or Remove programmes from Control Panel and Select Remove.
If u delete a program then some of its file will remain in the system folder.So dont Delete.
Just Uninstal.

You should go to control panel then choose 'Add or Remove' programs. Go to 'Start' then choose 'Control Panel' from the right of the menu in the middle box. From there choose 'Add or Remove Programs'. You will then be shown a list of software on you PC. Click the name you don't want then on the right will appear a remove button. Click that button then just follow the instructions.

when that happens just delete the whole program folder , check your defragmenter after to keep it clean
