how can u change a scanned photo to jpg. ??? Can u do it with photoshop?? if so, how??

go to file>save as and chose jpg from the drop down menu...

You can use your scanning software to scan it in as a jpg most times. In other raster programs Photoshop, painter, etc. you would go to file - save as - there is a drop down menu next to the item name - select JPG. You can also save it for web in photoshop CS2 (file - save for web) this will make it more user friendly if you are uploading it, it will also give you a little bit more info on the download times for the picture and you can change it to fit your desired size in this menu.
