Tough question...a heavy meal can take a couple of hours or more to go away...especially if your are going to do cardio(running, etc.) Maybe give yourself until after work, 5:00 or so...this will ensure that nothing gets in the way of a great workout.

Depends of the intensity of the exercise. You can take a 10 minutes walk after eating for better digestion and in an hour you can make a vigorous exercises.
If your routine of exercises require abdominal stress wait two hours.

The general rule of thumb is wait for one hour after a snack (unless it's a pre-workout shake, in which case you only need to wait 15-20 minutes) or at least two hours after a meal. If you tend to eat big at meals, I recommend waiting three hours.

You should actually exercise before you eat. It helps to decrease your appetite. This way your tummy won't hurt and you won't have an excuse to say I'm too full or I'm sleepy from eating too much now.
Good Luck.

2 hours for full digestion; at least 20 minutes to actually move around. I wouldn't reccomend sports or running right after though!
