I don't know where you got that phrase, I speak Spanish (native language) and for me it doesn't make any sense. I also speak English and I've never heard of it. Are you sure there it is not misspelling? Maybe Fexci is a place if it is the case It would be bahía de Fexci.

Well, I don’t know what “fexci” means, but according to “Martha P” it means: Federación Extremeña de Ciclismo, which in English is “Extremaduran confederacy of Cycling”. But, anyways, here is what it means in Spanish:
La bahía de fexci = The fexci bay (English)

In Portuguese 'easy' is not written 'facile' it is 'fácil', which is the same spelling as in Spanish. 'Facile' means nothing in Spanish. The closest I can recall is 'facial' with means 'face'.
