Blacks are only 15% of the population yet they commit 80% of the crimes.They want to be treated equal and fair.They should get with the program,behave more like civilized human beings,then maybe the majority of folks won't dis-trust them so much.We come by our prejudices honestly,all one has to do is watch the news.

Honey, I'm a better reader than 90% of the White and hispanic people in my school. And so is 85% of the black kids at my school. I read at college level.
Don't trust statistics.

"A report" eh? "Put out yesterday" eh? That sounds reliable and not made up at all. When you can tell me who conducted the test, where it was conducted, how many kids were in it, and the margin of error I'll consider your question. Until then I'll just consider you a god damn racist.

It all has do with there interest in reading. I don't think students read much anymore. They listen to too much music instead.
