My Dad just found a zit on my back, I'm afriad it will lead to bacne, Help?!?!?!?

I'm 13 and my Dad found a zit next to my right shoulder blade, and popped it. My Older brother (he's 15) has a lot of black and whiteheads on his back and neck I'm afraid I'll get bacne! how can I prevent it?

I would recommend using a back brush with a little anti acne wash on the brush. This will help stop the spread I hope. If it continues to get worse then see a dermotoligist! Good luck hun :-)

1) I don't think you can get more acne from just one zit. 2) I don't think you can get bacne and I don't think there is such a thing as bacne. and 3) Get stuff to put on it. If you do get something like um... bacne

usually a zit is the cause of ur body oil
so cut down on oily foods, drink plenty of water, n try not to let ur back be sweaty n oily all the time.
if that doesnt work then try putting on some creams or sumthin.

Claire...I understand your need to find your "real" dad, but please consider talking to your parents first. There is another man who raised you who just might think he's your "real" dad. You've got to understand that biology doesn't make a parent and this man who raised you probably loves you very much. If your "real" dad gave up his parental rights, there may be a reason for that and it's possible that he might not want to be found. Please take these things into consideration before you begin your quest. You don't want to hurt yourself or the parents who raised you.

There are actually back exfoliators that you can buy at wall mart in the face care section. Try using one of those every time you shower :)
