A really hot hooker is always nice. but if it is a birthday make sure you pay her for the whole night. otherwise other good gifts would include a basket of high quality DVD porn, porn mags, and lastly some beer is always a welcomed gift.

Being best freinds you should already know what he likes in the way of hobbies or sports.So logically something along those lines would be obvious.(tickets to a game or memorobilia).However,being a guy I would say a BJ.That would be something he'd enjoy and remember for a long time!
